   - Specific descriptions or timestamps of copyrighted material

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including:

   - Exact URLs of infringing content on our service
   - Video titles, descriptions, or uploader usernames
   - Any other specific identifying information

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including:

   - Studio/company name
   - Address, telephone number, and email address

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

CONTENT REMOVAL PROCESS

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice for adult content, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the identified content (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Notify the content provider/user of the removal
- Maintain records of the infringement notice
- Apply our repeat infringer policy when appropriate

Adult Industry Partnerships: We are willing to establish direct relationships with legitimate adult studios and content producers for more efficient content management and protection.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE FOR ADULT CONTENT

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled

3. For adult content, please include:

   - Proof of ownership or licensing rights
   - Evidence of authorization from the copyright holder
   - Documentation of model releases or production rights
   - Any other evidence supporting your right to distribute the content

4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material

5. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

If a counter-notice is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY FOR ADULT CONTENT

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Specifically for adult content:

- Users who repeatedly upload infringing adult content will have their accounts terminated
- We track and block known infringing uploaders
- We cooperate with legitimate adult industry rights holders
- We implement content filtering where feasible to prevent re-uploads of known infringing content
- We may limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others
